Reason Book was Chosen: This book was chosen for Mike Dolce's book group, I must admit that I didn't know who Dan Crenshaw was until it was revealed on Mike's Facebook group (by the author) that this was the book chosen. I didn't want to read too much about him until I read the book but I now know he is an American politician and former United States Navy SEAL officer and he's serving in the House of Representatives for Texas's 2nd congressional district and has been since 2019.
My Thoughts

I found this an interesting read, I do get annoyed about snowfalke culture and I agree with a lot of things in this book. Being British though I found it too American, I know it’s for an American audience but think Dan could have gotten more out of it if he talked to a more global audience. It’s the second time in a few months that I’ve read about someone going through BUD/S (David Goggins – Can’t Hurt Me being the other), just surviving that Dan deserves props never mind the IED incident!
