Reason Book was Chosen: I bought the graphic novel version for my bookcrossing friend, Adrienne, she read it along with this the original material and highly recommended it. I said I’d love to read it too so she sent back the graphic novel version and I downloaded the kindle version of the original text.
My Thoughts

I enjoyed it, it had me captivated and I finished it in my second sitting (I only took a break to watch my football team play live on the TV). It reads like a movie script, which I actually really liked, so not at all surprised it was adapted into a Graphic Novel. It’s a powerful book which raises a questions about guilt, peer pressure, racial stereotyping, and flaws of the United States court system (I’m not saying Steve was innocent or guilty as it’s difficult to ascertain but as a lookout should he be on trial for Felony murder?).
