Reason Book was Chosen: As you’ll know if you’ve read some previous entries I'm a big fan of Neil Gaiman's work. Following on from The Sandman series which I’ve completed this year Gaiman produced some follow on material this was amongst them.
My Thoughts

Another companion to The Sandman series, this is set in Japan, at a time earlier than we see Dream in the series, it tells the story of a Monk and a rich Onmyōji who cross paths on their quest for happiness.  It’s a beautifully told story one where Dream is but a peripheral but pivotal character.  I really enjoyed the scene that was set, the artwork by P. Craig Russell brilliant dispalys Gaiman’s vision for the project as does the the original cover art from Yuko Shimizu, Mike Mignola, Paul Pope, and Joe Kubert.
