Reason Book was Chosen:
For my 2020 reading list, I read a book by Tom Corcoran, who I met at Landmark Booksellers in Franklin, TN. He said this was one of his favorite books, and if I recall correctly, was the hinge book that got him really interested in reading.My Thoughts
I had a hard time putting this one down. This was like mixing Dead Poet’s Society, Crime and Punishment, and In Cold Blood. I love reading books about crimes committed and seeing what that crime does to the characters. It’s especially interesting when more than one people are involved in the crime. The level of fear and distrust rise exponentially. I’ll be thinking about this one for a while.
